The Private Bank of the Peninsula announced today that Jon
Krogstad has recently joined the Bank as Senior Vice President and
Relationship Manager.

Jon Krogstad brings nineteen years of experience providing innovative
financial solutions to emerging technology companies. Mr. Krogstad most
recently launched the Silicon Valley office of MMV Financial, a
Toronto-based, later-stage venture debt firm. Prior to that Mr. Krogstad
launched the Silicon Valley office for Vencore Capital, a
Portland-based, early-stage venture debt firm. Before his work at
Vencore, he was a founding member and manager of the Venture Banking
Group where he built a team of experienced professionals to grow the
company to over $600 million in assets. Mr. Krogstad has financed more
than 100 companies in all stages of growth. Prior to founding the
Venture Banking Group, Mr. Krogstad served in a variety of lending
positions with Cupertino National Bank and Union Bank. Mr. Krogstad is a
graduate of Fresno State University and resides with his family in
Sunnyvale.
